Relief is provided as an alpha product on an "as-is" basis. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to terrain models you generate. We do not claim ownership of your models. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your requests and store anonymized usage data to improve the product.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service
• Resell access to the Service without authorization

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Modification & Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relief and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service (if any).
